Lean the front of the ladder against the front hook and swing the back up onto the rack. Close the gas spring assisted Quick Clamp and you are ready to roll. The Safari Van Rack's unique oval rail design easily accommodates 4 ft wide loads and distributes up to 1000 lbs evenly over 8 cross members to protect the roof of the van.
